Terms of Service

To use BurnProof you create an account as an athlete, gym, or brand. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Your account is tied to your identity and to the verified proof submissions made under it. Creating accounts to misrepresent activity, or sharing an account to submit proofs you did not earn, is not permitted.

BurnProof only rewards real, verified behavior. When you submit a "Proof" of a workout, it may be reviewed and verified by your gym or another authorized verifier before it counts.

Submitting false, duplicated, or manipulated proofs — or attempting to game the verification process — may result in proofs being rejected and your account being suspended or removed.

Verified proofs earn "energy," an in-app currency you can use to unlock rewards and offers from participating brands and gyms. Energy and proofs have no cash value, are not transferable outside BurnProof, and cannot be redeemed for money.

Reward availability, pricing, and the amount of energy a proof earns can change over time. We do our best to keep these fair and clearly communicated.

Use BurnProof lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data that isn't yours, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to harass others or violate anyone's rights.

We collect the information needed to run your account, verify proofs, and operate the marketplace. We handle your data in line with our privacy practices and do not sell your personal information.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; when we make material changes we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use BurnProof after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
